On the third floor with an elevator, this studio is composed of an entrance, a bright living room with a 140cm sofa bed, a flat screen TV, and on the other side the "dining room" area.
A fully equipped open plan kitchen with 4 burner induction hob, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, TASSIMO coffee machine, toaster, table-top fridge with freezer section and dishwasher. A shower room with a washing machine and a separate toilet.

Parking is in the street.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly

Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
