A bathroom with an Italian shower + a bathtub and a double washbasin, as well as an independent toilet with a washbasin.

PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL WITH SALTED AND HEATED WATER of 8m x 4m (1m40 everywhere) SECURE WITH A RIGID SHUTTLE and open from June to the end of September - GARDEN ROOM - WIFI ACCESS - STREET PARKING.

Adjoining passageway for the 2 studios at the back of the property.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
