This charming 1930's house is composed of an entrance hall, a living room with a flat screen TV opening onto a terrace, a kitchen equipped with a 4 burner gas cooker and its gas oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and an independent toilet, on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the sleeping area has two bedrooms with 1 bed of 140cm each, one of which has access to a small balcony. The bathroom is adjacent to one bedroom. There is an independent attic wc.



In an outside storage room, you have at your disposal a washing machine.



Garden furniture and barbecue are at your disposal to occupy your afternoons and evenings in this pleasant garden without opposite.



Parking on site + a closed garage.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
